You can use it when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, disconnected from yourself, stuck in a repeating pattern, or unsure what self-respect requires next.

Start by asking:

What am I feeling?

What pattern is showing up?

What need is underneath this reaction?

What would help me regulate before I respond?

What standard do I need to return to?

What is one grounded action I can take from here?

This framework is not about fixing everything at once.

It is about creating one clear, self-respecting step forward.

Turn insight into behaviour.

Make choices from values, not fear, shame, panic, or people-pleasing.

D — Demonstrate Change

Let your actions become proof that you are rebuilding.

This Is Not About Perfect Healing

Healing is often spoken about like a clean, graceful process.

In reality, rebuilding can look much more human than that.

It can look like finally noticing your patterns. It can look like pausing before reacting. It can look like taking a walk instead of spiralling. It can look like telling the truth to yourself. It can look like choosing discipline when your nervous system wants relief. It can look like learning how to trust yourself again after abandoning your own needs for too long.
